Mr. and Mrs. Dingman are trying to hide using the name Matt VanZant and Tina VanZant. But we all know them best as that loving couple Tina and Matt Dingman or is that Dingbat? Mr. and Mrs. Dingbat.
Matt Dingman sometimes calls himself MattGyver cause he likes to fix things. Dingman offers to fix things in your house but never does; that is just a sham. They, Matt and Tina, have some pretty nasty vices and rumor has it they have some pretty nasty tempers too. Holy moly they shure darn doo! They cause lots of damage to the homes they occupy and run from. You would have to surmise that Mr. Dingman has a pretty big ego... and Ms. Chubby Bubby has nothing to her name so she follows him around. We took bets down south... we bet they met at either www.hillbillyheaven.com or www.fetalalcoholicsfindharmony.com... Matt uses the email mattgyver1974 and mattsagod2u... so he thinks he's clever and someone important (he needs a mirror and reality check), and Tina uses tarnisheddiamond... but that email is out place for her. Her's should be bigrustedbucket.... that fits her perfectly. She is one angry, rusty and plump 55 gallon drum of jelly.
Anyone would question your ethics, morals, integrity, and upbringing if you were "friends" of these losers on Facebook. While there may be some defense to not paying your landlord[s], spewing hatred, sponging off people, drinking gallons of Tequila and leaving 1000 beer bottles behind when you are 18 years old, there is no defense when you are 40 and your wife is 45. And it's worse when you have kids and you have warrants for your arrest for not paying child support. At that point in life you have become true "trailer trash" and there is no way out. When you literally take the doors of your rental home and park your car inside to hide your car from the reposessor... that is no longer considered "clever"... you are considered a complete friking loser. Your friends know you are a loser too and the only tattoo we all believe you truly deserve is a BIG "L" on your loser forehead. I am certain I can talk for every person on the Internet that reads this.... and we all agree you Matt and Tina are both losers.
Mr. and Mrs. Dingman are the lowest pond scum on planet earth. They cleverly steal from people then run off into the sunset. Unfortunately they lie to their friends as well as their landlords. On Facebook they have friends, but those friends don't know the truth. Their life is a sham. A fraud. They have no money. They have no jobs. They will be living in the forest or the desert soon. Mr. Dingman lied to his last landlord and was $6000 behind in rent up in Washington when he left in the middle of the night. Sad but they are just pathetic lying losers who tell the truth to no one. The truth is they are penniless, no jobs, no furniture, their car is being repossessed (reason Matt was parking car in house) and they may be homeless. They live like complete pigs, they have no manners, they have no ethics, they have no morals and they have no word. When you have lost your word you have lost it all. They have nothing. Tina Dingman and Matthew Dingman are two people you don't want in a property you own.

The Dingmans got their landlord in Washington for more than $6000 and another up there for more than $4000! They have a full page full of judgments and now they are coming your way to take your money. If Matthew Dingman or Tina Dingman come to you for a home rental you should turn and run and scream at the top of your lungs for the district attorney. They admitted to four recent evictions when we finally confronted them. Their 2014 jugdgments in Palm Springs alone are over $6,300!

They might throw a dead rat in the living room and take a selfie laying down next to it for the Judge. Matt will pull the batteries from the smoke detectors and say the detectors don't work. It appears they have lived in most of these places and may owe the landlord for every house they lived in. You might know Matt Dingman better as: Matthew Clayton Dingman, Matt Clayton Dingman, Matt C. Dingman, or Matthew Dingman. Mr. Matt Dingman sometimes uses the email mattgyver1974 and has youtube videos posted too. Its appears though, possibly to cover their tracks, they have closed some of their online accounts.

According to the repo man looking for their car they have been having a grand ole time renting homes, not paying, and bailing out after the landlord files eviction, leaving the landlord with the bill. They have been doing this all over the country if you can believe that! Oh my... it looks like they might owe way more than $20,000 in back unpaid rents and another $30,000 in damages!
Tina Marie Dingman aka Tina Marie West aka Tina Marie McNatt, formally Mrs. McNatt, is now married to Matthew Clayton Dingman, she is also known as his wife, lover doodles (?), porky pine (fat and stings), and beach ball... (as tall as wide). These two cuddle-birds made quite a name for themselves from border to border north to south and east to west. They are both clever, great story tellers, and tell some dang believable stories but none of it's true. If you do rent to them and the rent is due but unpaid, file an eviction ASAP - do not wait a single week for your money; the money will never come.

In the end make your own decision Now come photos of the houses and damages, lawsuits, unpaid rents, major damages and judgements. Are these really the people you hangout with on Facebook?
